PCC Christmas Meal 2026
This year’s PCC Christmas Meal is back, and after last year’s sell-out, the format is staying exactly the same. There will be a club ride beforehand, details to be advertised separately, then everyone will make their way back to The Indian Empire on Portishead High Street for food and drinks.
The meal takes place on Saturday 12th December at 12:30pm, with tickets priced at £30 per person. Your ticket includes food and drinks, within reason.

This is the annual Christmas get-together for PCC, and the plan is simple. Ride first, eat second, enjoy the afternoon / evening together.
The club rides will be published separately.
That format worked well last year, and it proved popular enough to sell out.
Last year sold out, so this is one to book early rather than leave until the last minute.
Curry options
The menu has a good spread of familiar favourites, medium-spiced dishes, seafood, lamb, vegetarian flavours and a vegan option. It should suit a wide mix of tastes without making the ordering process too fussy and give the kitchen a chance to serve us all at more or less the same time.
Chicken Mirch
Chicken Mirch brings heat, freshness and plenty of flavour. It is cooked with fresh green chillies, fried garlic cloves, herbs and spices, tomatoes, coriander and spring onions.
Lamb Madhuri
Lamb Madhuri offers something rich and rounded. Tender lamb is cooked with natural honey and fresh ginger in a medium-spiced sauce.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka Masala is a classic for a reason. This version uses marinated grilled chicken simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce with garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika and a splash of cream.
Prawn Bhuna
Prawn Bhuna brings seafood into the mix. The prawns are cooked with tomatoes, fresh herbs and coriander in a medium bhuna sauce.
Bagari Begun
Bagari Begun is described as an authentic Sylheti dish made with aubergine, potatoes, peanut paste and tamarind sauce, finished with yoghurt.
Sabzi Miluni vegan option
The vegan option is Sabzi Miluni, a mixed vegetable curry served in a medium-spiced sauce made to the chef’s special recipe.
How to book your place
Tickets are £30 per person, with food and drinks included within reason. Places are limited, and last year’s event sold out, so early booking is the safest option.
