Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

When: Friday 8th May 2026. 6:30pm start

Where: Somerset Hall, The Precinct, Portishead

The Bar will be open.

The Committee will provide pizza.

Why? We're a club and we must do this every year in accordance with our Club Constitution.

Election of the Club Officers for the next year.

The proposal is for John and Diana to swap roles.

Should any other member wish to stand for one of the 4 formal club officer positions then please send these to info@portisheadcycling.com no later than Midnight on Thursday 23rd April 2026.

Agenda:

• A review of the previous 12 months

• Current Club officers reports

• Club Officer Elections

• Agreement of membership fees

• Consider any constitution changes

• Any other business

We will also be having a review of the Charity Challenge, holding a charity raffle and possibly an auction for some of the items!

This should be a fun, social evening and we promise to keep the formalities to the minimum required. Did we mention free pizza?
