Joining a Club Ride
We've simplified how we sign on to club rides and events, download routes, and manage our Club Calendar to make your life as easy as possible.

Ride With GPS (RWGPS) upgraded their Club Account system in July 2025 to give all members visibility on who's signed up for a ride, and after careful consideration the club has decided to fully adopt this process.

This goes fully live from 1st January 2026.

Everything is now in one place, through our club website, giving you quick and easy access to all of our activities.

Joining Club Rides will now be managed through our Club RWGPS account.
From 1st January 2026 you'll find all of our rides and events in one place on our RwGPS calendar which is hosted on our website.

You'll no longer see our Club Rides on Strava after 1st January 2026
​
The quickest and easiest way to access all of our rides and events is via our club website.
​
You can do this easily via a desk top or, even better and simpler, using your phone.
​​​
You can browse all of our events, join and download in just a couple of clicks.
You can see who's either Joining or Interested in the ride/event, and don't worry, your personal Strava is unaffected, including the Leaderboards section)

There's a couple of steps to take:
1. Simply add a link to our website to your phone home screen.
2. Set your privacy settings in RwGPS so we can see who's joining a ride.
