We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
Club members provide PCC details of their British Cycling Membership number. PCC uses this information to link the members Britsh Cycling and PCC's memberships through British Cyclings secure Club Manger Portal.
We share your your PCC memebership expiry date with British Cycling through their secure Club Manager Portal.
We don’t share any other personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, or protect our rights.
We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.
PCC collects non personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PCC’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use its website. From time to time, PCC will report to members using non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Visitors to the PCC website choose to interact with PCC in ways that require PCC to gather personally-identifying information, namely our contact form. This is purely used to facilitate whatever the enquiry is.
PCC may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website. This is reported to members on occasion. However, PCC will not disclose personally identifying information other than as described below.
