Emergency Contacts Updates and Non British Cycling Insurances

Apologies, dullest post of the year incoming, but it's an important one.


Action Needed


  1. Check that your emergency contact details are up to date.

  2. If not fill in the updated membership form.

  3. If you do not have British Cycling Membership then upload your insurance certificate and confirm the expiry date. (This is for all non BC members, even if you have sent the information to us previously)


 

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

There is a link on the website to the members emergency contact numbers. It's under the membership section and can be found on the link below




Due to the nature of the information, this page has access restrictions, You will be only be able to view this page if you are logged into our site and have a current membership. We want the information available in case of an incident, but only within the club membership.


Top Tip

If you use an iPhone navigate to the Emergency Contacts page, press the "Share" button at the bottom of your phone, scroll down and then you can "Add to Home Screen". You'll have an easy link that you'll hopefully never need to use.



 

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION - Please check.


We've updated a website setting to allow members to directly add emergency contact information into the website at anytime. Can you also please check and confirm your Insurances. If you're a British Cycling (BC) Member then just put your BC membership number in. BC share the remainder of your membership details with us.


If you're not a BC member then you need to upload a copy of your insurance certificate and confirm the expiry date. Cycling UK is another PCC approved option in case BC is not your thing.


The membership form has been updated. Please fill this in as often as you need to.
