Half term is over and now it's time to get your body into a strong flexible position to get into those Xmas outfits.
Sessions are;
Monday, 7-8pm @ Jubilee Hall, Slade Road or
Tuesday, 7.30-8.30pm, St Barnabas Centre, West Hill.
