Add our Ride Calendar to your Phone!

We know this won’t be for everyone, but you can synchronise the PCC Calendar to your phone, computer, or tablet.

Once added, all PCC events will appear automatically in your calendar, with clickable links straight through to each ride.

If you already use an online calendar, this is a great way to:

• See what rides are coming up at a glance

• Keep PCC events alongside work, family, and social plans

📅 How to Add the Portishead Cycling Club Ride Calendar to Your Phone

We have a shared RideWithGPS calendar that automatically updates when rides are added or changed. Once you subscribe, you don’t need to add rides manually.

🍎 iPhone (Apple Calendar)

1. Open Settings

2. Tap Calendar

3. Tap Accounts

4. Tap Add Account

5. Tap Other

6. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar

7. Paste this link into the Server field:https://ridewithgps.com/organizations/8504-portishead-cycling-club/calendar.ics

8. Tap Next

9. Tap Save

✅ The club rides will now appear in your Calendar app and update automatically.

🤖 Android (Google Calendar)

This works best using Google Calendar.

1. Open a web browser on your phone or computer

2. Go to Google Calendar

3. On the left, click + next to Other calendars

4. Choose From URL

5. Paste this link:https://ridewithgps.com/organizations/8504-portishead-cycling-club/calendar.ics

6. Click Add calendar

✅ The club rides will now show in Google Calendar and sync to your phone.

ℹ️ Good to Know

• This is a read-only calendar (you can’t accidentally change anything)

• New rides or changes will sync automatically

• It may take a few hours for updates to appear the first time (that’s normal)
