Not sure if this is the right group but if anyone can give me some guidance on endurance rides over 200 miles it would help. I have learned that the body can consume 60g of carbohydrates per hour. A Chia Charge flapjack contains 55g of carbohydrate - but you wouldn’t want to eat without drinking. If you have SiS electrolyte powder in your bottle that equates to 36g of carbohydrates. So a bottle (500) plus half a Chia Charge should work. But that’s only the first hour. What happens over the next 13 hours? I’ve a lot to learn about nutrition!
